Shipping timeframe

Need your order fast? No Problem.

Orders placed by 12 noon Eastern usually ship within 24 Hours while next day, 2 day and 3 day shipping orders are guaranteed to ship out the following business day! Weekends and holidays are excluded.

Exclusions include but are not limited to international shipments, haz-mat products, special order items, orders with out-of-stock items, orders needing customer verification for processing, orders for technical inspection or product installation. Please understand that restricted items such as C02 will have to be shipped by ground.

Changes to an order after it is submitted and approved for shipment are dependent on processing status at the time request is received.

We currently do not offer Saturday delivery

When calculating shipping time frames please know that weekends do not count.

Example: If you place an order on Thursday for next day air it will ship on Friday and arrive on Monday.

Shipping charges

Orders over $250 can be shipped for FREE to the lower 48 states (exluding Montana, Wyoming, Washington, Oregon, Porto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska.) using ground shipping. Shipping charges depend on destination and weight of the items you are buying. To determine shipping, add the items to the shopping cart and click the [Check Out] button. The shipping options (with exact amounts we will charge for shipping) will be displayed on the screen after you fill out the destination address and ZIP Code. Free shipping may not be combined with a coupon unless specifically stated.


Do you ship Internationally?

Yes we do but you need to be aware of your country laws and regulations before ordering. Once a shipment is released to the freight carrier's possession, you agree to take full responsibility of the legality of importing any shipments ordered from our website.

You also agree to complete and sign the following form: International Release - After you've placed your order, Please complete the release form, scan it and send it to us in pdf format to sales [@] pelletbbguns.com

For orders over $500, we also require a copy of your driver's license and credit card.

In the event a shipment is seized by customs, we do not issue refunds. You will need to contact customs directly.

Some Restrictions apply below for international shipments:

We will not ship to Mexico and Australia.

For the UK: we can not ship any airsoft related items. Also, air rifles going to the UK can not be over 12 foot pounds/pistols can not be over 6 foot pounds.

For Brazil: we need either a CPF # or a CNJP #

For Canada: no airguns, airsoft guns, or optics.


Do You Accept Returns?

 
Absolutely! Our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee covers your item for factory defects from the date of delivery for replacement or refund minus shipping charges.

Unwanted items may also be returned within 30 days of delivery date minus shipping charges.

Unwanted items must be in unused condition with original box.

No returns are accepted without an RMA number.

To obtain an RMA number please use the  contact us form. We will send you detailed information how to return your item(s).

Up to a 20% restocking fee may be applied on unwanted items if the item is not in unused condition.

You must contact us within 30 days for an RMA number.
